Virtac Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
- Our shipping rates are based on the average rates provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). The rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping within the United States using USPS. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are typically 3-5 business days after the order processing time.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Confirmation:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Delays:
- In the event of unexpected delays in shipping, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier issues, we will do our best to notify you promptly.
Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $55 within the United States. The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking:
- To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the USPS website or other carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
